More than a strategic plan

ECO-IN structure follows the strategic plan for implementation, which includes preparatory actions (both analytical than practical arrangements), implementation, evaluation, and exploitation.

We are currently in the preparatory phase, which is the basis for the work that we will do in the schools. This project invests an important efforts in the analysis and study of inclusion indicators, precisely because of the need to update and adapt inclusion indicators to current needs, also responding to the differences of each educational center and country.

Target groups and stakeholders are involved in the whole process, and each partner will engage them in concrete activities on the ground and at the level of strategic input and exploitation. The Project has been designed in phases and each phase is generating interesting results.

Phase 1 comprises activities such  as Target groups’ needs assessment, state of the art and review of scientific literature, collection of best practice at EU level and partners’ countries about the capacity building process in inclusive education, analysis on ICT usability for dynamic implementation of the assessment protocol, leading to the successful running of the innovative practices proposed by the project.

Phase 2 comprises activities such as testing at the local level of the “ECO INclusive Toolbox” and implementation of the “European Prosocial Trust Centers”, evaluation of the implementation activities to get evidence for the upscaling of the best practices proposed.

Phase 3 comprises activities such us exploitation and dissemination of results both at a local level (thanks to the implementation of a network of local European Prosocial Trust Centers) and policy stakeholders at regional, national and European level on the adoption of the ECO-INclusive Toolbox. The project engages a multidisciplinary team of experts and practitioners (i.e. Psychologists, pedagogists, educators, and experts in special and inclusive education) to give input and participate in the project implementation.
